Attorney Damon Rogers

Damon is a very experienced criminal defense attorney with Rogers | Beltran LLP. Damon has been a criminal defense attorney for more than 15 years and regularly handles a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases throughout Southern California. But Damon is not just any criminal defense attorney — his clients know that he is a serious courtroom advocate and that he has a history of getting stellar courtroom results.

Before going to law school, he worked as a clerk in the criminal department of the Orange County Superior Court. Later, while attending the evening program at Southwestern Law School, Damon worked full time for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

In law school, Damon excelled in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Constitutional Law, earning an award for the highest grade in Criminal Procedure.

After law school, Damon started working at one of the largest criminal defense firms in Southern California, where he worked on serious felony cases with one of the firm’s main trial attorneys.

Damon and his partner Andy formed Rogers | Beltran LLP in 2018, where they represent clients in cases ranging from DUI to murder. Damon is often in court 4-5 days per week, in courts all over Southern California. He is comfortable defending any case, anywhere, including in Federal Court.

Damon is also a lifelong martial artist, starting when he was 5 years old. He has trained with some of the best coaches in a wide range of disciplines including Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Eskrima, Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Kobudo. This background has profoundly influenced his character, reinforcing values of respect, kindness, humility, and perseverance.

Damon brings these principles into his legal practice, combining them with a fighter’s determination. This unique approach has earned him respect in the courtroom and trust among his clients. His unwavering work ethic and genuine commitment to his clients’ needs have become hallmarks of his professional reputation.

Attorney Andy Beltran

Andy Beltran is a proud Southern California native with deep ties to the community he serves. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andy approaches his legal practice with a unique perspective – he doesn’t just represent clients, he advocates for neighbors. A graduate of Southwestern Law School, Andy has dedicated his legal career to championing the rights of those who have fallen victim to others’ negligence. His commitment to justice is deeply rooted in his background and experiences.

Before embarking on his legal career, Andy served his country as a United States Marine, including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. This military service instilled in him invaluable skills that now form the cornerstone of his legal practice:
